Interested individuals are advised to contact the Instructor in the first instance. Children must bring at least one parent. You will be encouraged to watch a training session before participating. This will give you an opportunity to see the way we train and to ask questions. 

Class Fee is required on the first training session, however if you return the next session is FREE.

6:30pm till 8pm - Main Class - Juniors (graded) and Seniors

WEDNESDAYS

6:00PM till 7:00PM - Junior Class (Primary aged group)

7:00pm till 8:30pm - Juniors(Secondary Age Group/Cadets/Seniors
